Being Present With Your Heart
A free meditation to support you in reconnecting with your very own body.
This is a practice in staying.
Staying with the ache beneath the surface, the grief that lingers in the corners of the chest, the weight we carry without words. This meditation is not here to fix or soothe, but to honour. To offer presence to what hurts. To return to what is real.
Here, you are invited to meet yourself—not through analysis or explanation, but through sensation. Through breath. Through the soft sound of your own heart speaking quietly beneath the noise.
Let this be a moment of truth-telling, of embodied compassion, of remembering that your body can hold what feels too heavy to carry alone. A space to be honest. A space to stay.
Love,

What does your heart need support in holding today—and how does your body respond when you name it?
When you placed your hand on your chest, what did you notice shift—emotionally, physically, energetically?
What feelings have been living quietly inside you, waiting for space to be felt?
What does it mean to you to “stay with what is real”? Where in your life do you find yourself pulling away from that?
If you listened to the soft sound of your heart without judgement, what truth might it be whispering to you?
Such a helpful, if painful, meditation. I will return to it often I think.
"This meditation is not here to fix or soothe, but to honour." Loved this.
