A quiet return to the breath that knows what to hold—and what to let go.
I created this meditation as an offering to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and the quiet wisdom that lives beneath the surface. It’s an invitation to slow down enough to notice what your body is holding—what it’s ready to receive, and what it may now be ready to release. Through gentle guidance, this practice honours slowness, safety, and choice—qualities so often forgotten in a world that asks us to move faster than our nervous systems can bear. My hope is that it allows you to meet yourself just as you are, and to remember that your body already knows how to be with what is true.
Love,

What stories might your body be holding right now—without words, but through posture, breath, or sensation?
When was the last time you felt truly safe to slow down?
What allowed that sense of safety to emerge?
How does your body respond to the idea of choice—especially in moments of stillness or silence?
As you tuned into your inhale and exhale, what surfaced emotionally or physically?
What did you notice yourself wanting to receive or release?
If your body could speak without needing language, what might it be trying to tell you today?
