Beneath the noise of expectation, beyond the layers of conditioning, your body holds a quiet knowing that has always been with you.
I have created this meditation just for you, as an invitation to return to the wisdom within your body. It is a place to practice softening into presence, listening without judgment, and trusting what arises. It is a space to go inwards, settle softly, and be with yourself in a way that doesn’t require you to do anything but honour the truth that your body does not guess; it remembers. It speaks in sensation, rhythm, and the gentle pull toward what feels true. It is my hope that this meditation allows you to feel the truth with your very own soma.
Love,
